When Juliana, a fabulous local Brazilian private chef, is doing meal prep for the week for ya, you will be amazed every time you open the fridge and see fancy yummy meals. Ma friendz Jackson & Irina swear on Juliana for 5 months now, and I asked him for brutally honest feedback (see pic) - he gave her 9.8/10 starsss = she is a star.
Next to the benefits for your relationships, a nice-to-have side effect may be that you end up eating healthier. Cause maybe the biggest factor in “eating healthy” is about the minutes from being hungry to finding some sort of, whatever food NOWWW.

Yesss, as you like, she can also do it at her home and just bring the perfectly separated and labelled containers to ya :)

= 30 meals, yeyy!

Who is behind this?
I'm Svenja - I have the Ericeira bug since May 2022. When people ask me why I am so obsessed with Ericeira, I say: because it's like being in a village but with city people. So many smart, experienced people around, who love nature, sports, and fancy cafés (sorry, I don't want to be a hipster, but yea).
You can find me playing padel, doing workouts and running, and in my heart I've been a dancer all my life. During the day, I'm doing marketing for 2 small Swiss teams: a medical software company⚕️ and a piano store 🎹
Why this site? Working in medical software companies is nice and useful. But I’ve been a manual therapist before and while it felt good to fix/care for a patient’s back pain, I always wanted to work on preventing medical issues. So my initial motivation for this site was to promote sports activities and healthy lunches.
Then my friend Zé came around the corner and started talking about how he really wanted to build a platform where you can book all the things in Ericeira (like massage therapists, surf lessons, or dog walkers). So now with erijoy you can find and book some of Zé's useful and some of my healthy stuff :)
