Nourishing balm by Rebeca
Nourishing balm by Rebeca
When I first bought this balm, I just couldn’t stop myself from opening it and smelling it again and again.
I guess these essential oils (geranium, lavender, and frankincense) got me 💐- so I wrote Rebeca a thank-you (see picture). She’s been crafting these balms by hand since 2021 in Lisbon, which is also her hometown. Her mission is to exclusively use natural, organic and cold-pressed ingredients - definitely no mineral oils, artificial preservatives, synthetic fragrances or petrochemicals.
Full list of these (addictive) ingredients: sweet almond oil, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, beeswax, oat silk, vitamin E, and essential oils of geranium, lavender, and frankincense.
It’s €12 (+ €3.50 for the shipping) for a 50 ml glass, which you can take anywhere and give your body a hydration boost while being on the road - no matter which body part. One glass accompanied me for 2 months ish. Maybe I even sometimes opened it to just have a smell and calm my mind 😂
Give it a try, text Rebeca and she will ship it you :)

Who is behind this?
I'm Svenja and when people ask me why I am so obsessed with Ericeira, I say: because it's like being in a village but with city people. So many smart, experienced people around, who love nature, sports, and fancy cafés (sorry, I don't want to be a hipster, but yea).

You can find me playing padel, doing workouts and running, and in my heart I've been a dancer all my life. During the day, I'm doing marketing for 2 small Swiss teams: a medical software company⚕️ and a piano store 🎹

Why this site? Working in medical software companies is nice and useful. But I’ve been a manual therapist before and while it felt good to fix/care for a patient’s back pain, I always wanted to work on preventing medical issues. So my initial motivation for this site was to promote sports activities and healthy lunches.
