Maybe maybe a coworking desk can help with that. Claudia & Dung have created this calm, safe space called Coastal Cowork out of thin air in July 2023 - now Myranda (to the very right on pic) manages the space. It's in central downtown so you can have healthy lunch at Be U & Co within a 3-min walk.

The practical stuff:

• I knew you would wonder if the printer actually works: yes, he is a good boi
• Ahh the coffee, yes, the coffee is free, comes in cute cups and is the best you can find in any coworking, I swear
  
• Chairs, yes, some brilliant proper office chairs for you to grab as well as a hanging chair to lounge around
• They have the best meeting room situation in town by far: 4 in total, big and small ones which are not booked out all the time
• You might get sucked into an “open coffee business event” some Friday like me; which is a networking event that you never wanted to go to, but then realise in a village it is actually kinda nice (see pic of ppl)
• Bonus point: Play erigems with me (and friendz) every morning before work, have coffee and shit chat about what happened yesterday at Tinder, äh the running club
