Willpower doesn’t work out
Below you can see one of my all-time fav pics - why? Cause it shows 3 kids who magically joined our workout in Taghazout in the shittiest gym that anyone has ever seen. They joined causeeeee .. we looked ?cool? so they copied us? That happened several times when Moroccan kids were around. That's magic to me.
Because whooo actually enjoys doing workouts besides these kids? You? Ok, ok, then first the practical bits where to find the best workouts in Eri. Then soon my ramble on why workouts don’t work out for most people. And some silly ideas on how to add some joy so that I maybe maybe crave to do them for a long time.
