Stephanie has slept in Mongolian yurts at -40 °C with 5 layers of clothes on, as well as in 30°C at night under the stars in South Sudan. For 10 years, she travelled the world photographing indigenous communities, who live in pure harmony with nature. Their use of natural resources inspired her to rethink her own daily habits, starting with deodorant.

It sparked the idea to create a natural deo that was not only good for your body, but also good for the planet. She’s also not afraid to admit she used to be pretty smelly herself, and used the strongest of chemical deodorants to hide it.

That’s why she started to develop her own deo version 8 - yes, 8 years ago. So what you buy here, she has refined just for herself for 8 years, and now we’re lucky that she offers it to others, including me :)

A normal deo blocks your sweat glands, but a natural deo just doesn’t give bacteria the environment to make you smelly. Which ingredients do exactly that?

Coconut oil, shea butter, baking soda, tea tree oil & arrowroot powder. All this good stuff may not be as obvious to your nose in fixing smells as the typical perfumed deodorant. But this one here stops her, and me, and you, from being smelly in a healthy way.

Is it gonna be a nightmare to cancel?

Doooon't worry, once you pay for one booking, you'll get a confirmation mail with the subject “Your Erijoy subscription”.



Click on the button “Not sure if I want to keep this subscription” and you will be redirected to the customer portal (see below)  - no login needed. There you can cancel the subscription whenever you want without asking anyone :) I cancel subscriptions I don't need any more all the time - let's stay minimal!


How does it work?

Who is behind this?

I'm Svenja - I have the Ericeira bug since May 2022. When people ask me why I am so obsessed with Ericeira, I say: because it's like being in a village but with city people. So many smart, experienced people around, who love nature, sports, and fancy cafés (sorry, I don't want to be a hipster, but yea).

Why this site? Working in medical software companies is nice and useful. But I’ve been a manual therapist before and while it felt good to fix/care for a patient’s back pain, I always wanted to work on preventing medical issues. So my initial motivation for this site was to promote sports activities and healthy lunches.

Then my friend Zé came around the corner and started talking about how he really wanted to build a platform where you can book all the things in Ericeira (like massage therapists, surf lessons, or dog walkers). So now with erijoy you can find and book some of Zé's useful and some of my healthy stuff :)
